Early on in my ministry, I learned that Churches mostly discuss BUSINESS in their leadership meetings, and leave spiritual items to the end, when time and patience have all but run out. Yet it is spiritual matters which are the most important to the life of the Church. In my present Church, we have “Spiritual Matters” at the top of the agenda. OBSERVATION: This has worked very well, and today I wouldn’t want it any other way.
