What's Your Leadership Style?

My own leadership style turns our to be participative: “Participative leaders accept input from one or more group members ... but the leader retains the final say when choices are made.” OBSERVATION: The core REASON for my participative style is the importance that others have in God’s grand scheme of things (the priesthood of believers).
