As a Church, our policy is not to open our facilities to groups which are partisan, i.e. which represent one-sided interests. Regrettably, “partisan” may also mean “militant”, so that I should probably not say too much. OBSERVATION: The photo shows members of a government housing project meeting in one of our halls (the government ostensibly serves all).
