But Was It Work?

It was my first day back at work yesterday, after my annual leave. I sifted through many hundreds of pages of paperwork -- much of it to do with people, tasks, or events which could require my attention. I also perused a good deal of spiritual material in order to gain a picture of how I would approach Sunday's service and sermon. But was it work? It seemed merely to be about work, rather than work itself. It surely was important.
