Youth Discipline

Many years ago now, we established the rule that if youngsters misbehave (too much), they get put out of Youth. I snapped such a moment last night. The youngster on the right is "walking" because he hit someone. (We'll have him back next week). OBSERVATION: It has to be done for the good of the whole Youth. Generally speaking, youngsters are very sorry to get put out -- I have seen one or two in tears -- because they enjoy Youth so much.
