Blinkered Seminaries

A Pacific theology student asked me what Minjung theology was, over Facebook. I said it was related to Coconut theology, and with Coconut theology, subsumed under Contextual theology -- and I sent her some files. I'm not that clever, but I worked on the assumption that (Korean) Minjung theology would be related to her (Pacific) seminary's "line". This was the assumption that found the answers. OBSERVATION: There would seem to be hardly anything as blinkered as theology. Personally, I'm glad I started at a Calvinist seminary. After that, my education was Lutheran, then Post-Liberal (and Apostolic, if one includes one of my supervisors).
