Cape Caterpillar

I took this photo with a Leica C, on my country patch. It is a very large furry caterpillar, a local creature. The adult moth, which is the Cape Lappet moth, has a wingspan of 70mm or almost 3 inches. It was first described by the famous Carl Linnaeus, in 1767. OBSERVATION: My Leica was a first class camera from the point of view of the photos that it took (but the photographer was not quite on form here). However, I consider that the Leica C was flimsy -- and finally I could find no one to repair it.
