Here's another South African hedgerow. One finds many novel and experimental hedgerows here, and they can be quite beautiful if they succeed. Many, however, fail. In England, most hedgerows are hawthorn, blackthorn, and hazel -- however one won't find those here. Here one finds aloes (pictured), honeysuckle, roses, irises, (prohibited) oleander, asparagus, hibiscus, and a great many more.
