My electronic designs have often been pirated on the Internet. This is not a problem to me, but it is to publishers, some of whom aggressively hunt down the pirates. But some pirates can hide quite well. For instance, if they translate my articles (and many more) into Chinese. Anyway, this is very useful to me. I have had 100+ electronic designs published, and have lost track of most of them. This morning I needed to check something in an old copyrighted design. I found it through a pirate with an Irish address. Otherwise I need to pay to access my own designs -- or go through some process.
