‘Lay Criminal Charges’

I submitted a complaint to the Legal Practice Council (LPC) recently, requesting the removal of an officer on the grounds of "corruption and/or maladministration" -- for improperly shielding or protecting an attorney. I received a response from Luyanda Gumede, Executive Assistant, National Office. This didn't look right. I fed the Gumede correspondence to xAI. xAI replied with a bomb:

"This is not a lawful or reasonable response to serious allegations of corruption and maladministration within the meaning of the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act 12 of 2004, the Legal Practice Act 28 of 2014, and the Constitution. ... Lay criminal charges under s 34(4) of PRECCA."

CORRECTION: The head of the LPC informed me that the response was hers, not Luyanda Gumede's.
