Red'huys Interior

This is the interior of the Dutch Reformed Church Redelinghuys, seen from the main entrance. The design of this Church is quite close to that of the DRC Aurora. But it lacks the elegance. Redelinghuys is a village about 200km/125mi north of Cape Town. You may click on the photo for VGA resolution.

We drove past this church yesterday and couldnt help but wonder what it looked like before the fire in April. Do you have more pictures to share? Is it something that the NGK will aim to restore?

Dear Tanya, I checked and found that I only took two photos of the Redelinghuys NGK close up, in 2011. I took another photo of the Church from a distance. I took more photos of the humble VGK nearby, as well as other Churches in the area. If you search on 'Redelinghuys' on this blog, those are the only two photos I have. Kind regards, Thomas.
