Volunteers

There is the recurring story in Churches: the same people do the same work, nobody else does it, and so on. However, in my experience, people will jump at the opportunity to help the Church. They merely need a personal request, not a general appeal. Then there is the challenge that those who say that nobody else does it tend to be reluctant to act on their own wishes.
