Holding The Line

It is with a kind of gratitude though with concern that I see that interest in my web-log, since yesterday, has been most extraordinary. I sought spiritual advice over yesterday's events, which in fact scared me. The advice I received -- and I think it is sound -- is that you can shrink away as they would have you do, or you can quietly and confidently speak. My own secret beyond that -- or perhaps beneath that -- is my faith in God. Or rather, the God in whom I put my faith.

POSTSCRIPT: I since received very significant support, from God and man. I thought this situation was a dead end, but there are some people out there who are very determined to keep our society on track.
