No Receipts

I have noted before my concern about a lack of receipts in South Africa -- where these are crucial. One submits: "They forged a verdict." No receipt. "They took my wife's ashes." No receipt. "An officer threatened me." No receipt. "They seized my personal notebooks." No receipt. "Here is the suspect's name." No receipt. Not even if one pleads for one. OBSERVATION: These are all real examples, and there are many more. At the end of the day, this carry-on may invalidate justice. There are decisions then, there are verdicts, yet one may never know whether evidence was considered.
