Effective Group

In city ministry, we had a group called the Over 21's (pictured). It was a small group -- it typically had only four or five members -- yet “small” need not mean insignificant. Astonishingly, several deacons emerged from this group -- at least five. OBSERVATION: Some groups are definitely worth maintaining, even if they have small numbers at times. I would include the Sunday School (Children's Church), Women's Association, and Youth in that.
