Plan For Pressure

On becoming a minister, one plans one's work days, as far as that is possible in ministry. Now, a few decades on, I have a second plan (alongside the first). I plan my ability to cope with the pressures of ministry. In my early ministry, I might not have known how. What is ordinary wear and tear? What are the pressures to which one should be alert? OBSERVATION: There is no doubt that a second plan is important. According to Forbes magazine (Feb 25, 2014), ministers are at no. 5 on the list of "toughest leadership roles". It's easier to be a mayor or a CEO.
