Police Erase Complaint

I post this without comment. There were gross violations of procedure in a case which was handled by Cape Town's detective head Col. S.S. Reddy. I referred this to Policing Complaints. On the surface of it, they were silent. But embedded in my message to Policing Complaints was an MDN. This is formally called an "unobtrusive check", patented by AT&T Laboratories in 2004. Police Complaints' machine RFC822 -- without the human operator knowing it -- replied as follows:

This states that:
• Police Complaints erased my complaint
• They did so without reading it
• Someone entered their offices or system on a Sunday afternoon to do this (Police Complaints is closed on a Sunday)
