Ignoring Ministers

It's a curious thing. There is the need, in ministry, to be strategic. You don't wish to waste time or resources. Therefore it is not strategic to pay any attention to other ministers who call by. After all, will they join my Church? Will they make any contributions? Why should he or she deserve the time of day? OBSERVATION: It would be interesting to introduce oneself in some Churches as a seeker, in others as a minister, and write up the findings. What I describe here does not happen, of course, in all Churches, but it does reveal Churches for whom the end probably justifies the means.
