Six of the Smallest

I was intrigued yesterday to read a list of the world's ten smallest countries. I have visited six of them, including this one (pictured). The most interesting visit was the Marshall Islands, where I visited the Bikini refugees (who didn't speak English), and spoke with a woman who saw the flash of a hydrogen bomb (it ultimately killed her). I hadn't realised until then the scale of the damage done by nuclear tests. Recently they suffered severe damage from rising tides.
