A company director said to me this morning that leaders are expected to be strong -- always. What happens when they are not? It is a common question. Thankfully for the Christian leader (or whatever term is used), there is a more balanced approach available. The Christian leader, in my view, may reveal weakness and distress (and so on) -- yet places this in the context of faith in God. OBSERVATION: It is true, sometimes even faith in God is momentarily lost, but it should not be lost for too long. I think that this is generally the picture that the Bible gives us.
