The President's Speeches

Yonela Diko wrote last week that he knows only one memorable speech by the President. I ran the President's latest Day of Reconciliation speech through a computer check, to help analyse it (I have a postgraduate degree in the area of language meaning).
• Style. Maybe too high. Not strong, though not completely weak.
• Mood: Decidedly positive.
• Emphasis. Shared citizenship. Transformation.
• Antonyms. Very concerned about a lack of social cohesion.
• Heteronyms. Does not appear to have a practical plan for unity.
• Personality. He really has a heart for the people.
• Signature. Curiously, not clear who wrote his speech.
OBSERVATION: If this were an academic assignment, I would be far more careful in doing an analysis. This just gives a loose idea. The speech gives the impression of a president who has a solid emphasis, but is not clear as to how to convert this to reality.
