I recently installed Linux Fedora on my Lenovo 300e computer -- a small computer for students basically. I chose the LXQt environment (pictured), parallel with other environments. Fedora -- closely related to Red Hat -- works very well. It is fast and very nearly flawless. However, it was not easy to install. It also has two problems: it wipes out LXQt settings when I switch to other Fedora environments (I must re-install
lxqt-config-input). Also, some Internet video won't work.
