Half-Ton Pickup

We put my three-wheel pickup, or bakkie, to some serious use for the Church -- here packing it with goods donated to our Church Fête. This vehicle carried half a ton. At R40,000 ($2,100), it was South Africa's cheapest half-ton pickup, by far. OBSERVATION: I liked it for its usefulness, simplicity, and complete reliability -- not to speak of fuel efficiency. Disadvantages were its speed and handling (like a barge), and little resistance to rust. I sold it in August 2021.
