Pity the reporters who shout across great empty spaces to gain the President's attention, or anyone else they may wish to ask a question. Obtaining an answer over a distance is not a problem -- one can do that across a football pitch. But asking it ... we could do with a buttonhole loudhailer. With the advance of magnet technology, loudspeakers become smaller and smaller. A buttonhole loudhailer might give one the advantage over everyone else.
