No Names

Recently when attorneys wrote a fact-finding report -- and found I had been wronged -- I said to them, put the names of those responsible in the report -- they deserve to be exposed. They said that they could do that -- though preferably not. Names could detract from the issues. Names could give the appearance of a personal conflict. I agreed then -- at least with the issuance of the report -- to withhold the names of those involved. OBSERVATION: The names are, however, seen on attachments, because the attachments "carry" the report.
