One of my professors once said, there is a new concept of truth in our time. It started in Europe, then it moved to America, and it began to be felt in the Communist bloc. It is like a fog which seeps through the cracks in your front door, until the whole room is filled with it. One speaks of "corruption" in our land. I wonder if it is not something far bigger than we normally assume. I wonder if the old man (my professor) wasn't right: it is the new view of truth, finally filling the room. OBSERVATION: Personally, I think that the fog may have come last of all to Africa -- rolling from the front room into the back of the house. That is not my view alone.
