This post is not for the faint-hearted. Some things are no sacrifice. This includes my visits to my parents-in-law, up on the plateau. I took this photo after my recent visit -- of my lower left leg. None of me was in fact spared. To quote Elton John: "But it's no sacrifice, No sacrifice, It's no sacrifice at all." Because it is a privilege and a pleasure to be with the family. OBSERVATION: I converted the photo to black and white so as to remove the purple patches. I picked up these bites both indoors and outdoors. My mother-in-law cautioned me about roaming outdoors -- but I did.
