This is another photo of A, who was a deacon under my city ministry, holding the portfolio of Property Steward. He was also on the leadership team of our thriving Youth. It truly was a joy to be at his wedding reception recently (see the photo). I had been asked to speak there, but thought that I was just one in a crowd. I hadn't realised that I was the keynote speaker.
OBSERVATION: This is a man I respect and love. I followed his progress from a poverty-stricken young man from central Africa, who faced years of strong adversity -- yet obtained promotion after promotion, and qualification after qualification -- and now a very capable wife.
