At the business bash I attended last night, the directors revealed how they achieved their magnificent success. This was very interesting. It seemed to me that they had run their business not like a business, but like a well-run Church -- or should I say synagogue (they are Jewish). This means high standards (in the Church, a biblical ethos), a thoughtful diversity (all are called), acknowledgement of all (the priesthood of believers), care for the needy (charitable works), and several things besides.
