Linux And Windows

The Acer Community praised me today for having solved a "hard" problem with the Acer Aspire computer, and asked me whether they could pin the solution on their website. I thought it was hard. For whatever reason, Acer Computers had blocked Linux -- in this case, Linux Xubuntu. I got past the block, to erase Windows and replace it with Linux. OBSERVATION: There wouldn't seem to be cause for blocking Linux. Once past the block, the Acer Aspire works perfectly with Linux Xubuntu -- and surely will with many other distributions of Linux. These days, Linux may be very easy to install -- if one doesn't come up against something like this.
