Unsuitable Ministers

If one asks, "Is our minister suitable for the job?" the answer is no. This should be clear to a congregation, and should be clear to the minister. Unless one's answer is no, one has badly misunderstood something. Paul himself wrote: "Who is qualified for such a task? Who is competent? Who is worthy?" Yet people talk as though he or she should be. Given then that one has understood the unsuitability of the minister, one has a place to start. What -- beyond this -- gives a minister effect? What -- beyond this -- gives one reason to call him?
