Cartoons Editor

I used to be the Cartoons Editor of the philosophy weekly Pi -- well, still am. However, our chief cartoonist had a career change which dried up his cartoons. He was brilliant. But there is another one this week: Raising the Dead. OBSERVATION: What does the Cartoons Editor do? He checks for suitability. Selects the best. Checks the quality of reproduction. Checks the text. Lays it out for publication. Most of my energies have gone into the text, at the level of proof-reading and correcting.
