Still Blacklisted

This morning I sought to contact the Sea Point police, to request a document. But I discovered that they continue to blacklist me (they blacklisted me in July last year):
Tuesday, January 21, 2020 7:31:34 AM
Final-recipient: RFC822; SeapointSAPS@saps.gov.za
Disposition: automatic-action/MDN-sent-automatically; deleted

X-MSExch-Correlation-Key: h58KzQs6mU2LgufBLaMGRw==
Original-Message-ID: X-Display-Name: Sea Point SAPS
OBSERVATION: I can understand them blacklisting an unreasonable correspondent perhaps -- but that is not me. Even if it were, there probably should be rules, and appropriate notificaton.  I have the information about blacklisting through an MDN, or "unobtrusive check" machine-to-machine. I asked local government to route my request for the document. Local government responded within half an hour.

POSTSCRIPT: A subsequent MDN shows that my request was read, no doubt as a result of being re-routed by local government. A warning is attached, that communications with the police are not secure.
