Five in Six Omit the Holy Spirit

Some years ago, five out of six Christian leadership authors in the Global North had no role for the Holy Spirit in Christian leadership. I would think the situation is much the same now. My own MTh supervisor's doctoral dissertation surveyed 116 books on Christian leadership -- mostly originating in the Global North. He found that just 16% dealt with the role of the Holy Spirit in Christian leadership. Details are in the Addendum to his UNISA dissertation (he is Vincent Atterbury). Unfortunately the UNISA address now reports "Error: Address Unreachable". OBSERVATION: So what happened to the Holy Spirit? Ought the Holy Spirit to have a role in Christian leadership?
