A labourer approached me this morning. God had commanded him not to neglect his meeting together. Yet the president had commanded him to stop it. The president's decree had been relaxed now, he said, yet stringent conditions left him with the same dilemma. And then, his wife. She was scared of the disease. Put on the spot, I said it was a good sign that he so longed for his Church, and wanted to please God. I said that Churches themselves were wrestling with the issue, and recently I couldn't conduct the funeral of my Chairman of the Board. OBSERVATION: During the Spanish Flu, Churches were closed. Not that Coronavirus is as serious as the Spanish Flu.
