Class of Computer Logic

Last year, I designed a class of computer logic. This is a constellation of circuits which make a computer think, based on a unifying principle. There is no doubt that I invented a class of computer logic, and there is no doubt that it works. The big question is, is it new? As best I know, it is new. I submitted it to the Engineering Design Network in the USA for (possible) publication. They referred it to peer review. Peer review fell silent -- they ran well past their time limit -- and nothing has roused them -- yet. OBSERVATION: If I am correct in thinking that I have a new class of computer logic, then one should worry if it has gone astray. I sought to contact them again this morning.

POSTSCRIPT: It is still with peer review.
