Police Bounces

I can be cryptic. I am recasting this post, although the original can be relied upon. I recently requested an apology from police, for charging me without basis, then orchestrating a cover-up. They requested information. I sent them a vital submission. Then they wrote, you did not respond to our request for information. Case closed. This was the executive director of IPID herself (IPID is the Independent Police Investigative Directorate). IPID didn't know, though, that my ISP provided me with evidence that IPID had bounced my submission 40 times from two separate hosts (10.130.10.7 and 10.130.10.61) and several addresses. Here is the record from my ISP.

OBSERVATION: While there are 40 bounces here, I myself only clicked Send twice. Is it humans or machines bouncing a submission? The answer is, it could be either (see elsewhere on this blog). I have asked the police to make my safety a priority as we negotiate these issues.
