Vintage Vicar

How would one bring down the age of a congregation -- or rather, obtain a broader spread of ages? One might be tempted to say, "Call a young minister." This might sound logical, but it is not the answer. This morning I attended a Church which was well attended, in spite of every second pew being cordoned off for COVID-19. I estimate that the minister was twice the average age of the congregation. OBSERVATION: The same is true for Church groups.
