Unseen Sickness

A peculiar problem of ministry is that one may be dealing with problem people who are, dare I say, simply sick -- but the congregation doesn't recognise it. This can cause an awful lot of trouble. OBSERVATION: However, I need to qualify this. A congregation does recognise it, yet not as fast as one who is trained to see it -- and in many cases, one who has more information. This matters more, I think, in a Congregational Church, where the congregation governs the Church. Where problem people would best be tackled efficiently and effectively, this can't always be done.
