Theory of Consciousness

Here's a glimpse of what caused a storm last week. The first quote [A] is in my book. The second quote [B] is a "proposed theory of consciousness", a philosophy submission by Keith R. Tidman, who read my book two weeks earlier. Both appear in a similar context, which is the theory of consciousnes:

[A] Myself: “physical properties and experience,
it is a mistake to isolate them as ‘things’”

[B] Keith R. Tidman: “external phenomena ... experiences ...
are inseparably part of one holistic, indivisible system”

I claimed that Mr. Tidman was passing off my theory as his own. OBSERVATION: This is not the same as referencing a theory, which would be acceptable. As simple as it looks, the theory took me years to develop. It is on pg. 249 of my book.

POSTSCRIPT: Since there is special interest in this post, a quote from IP attorneys in the UK. The publication of the above submission "would amount to an infringement."
