Don't Triangulate

For a minister, there is an obvious sign that people's motivations have gone astray. If there is a sign of weakness on a minister's part -- physical, spiritual, moral, emotional, and so on -- they do not seek to help him or her, but use it to accuse him, call a committee meeting, start a rumour, and so on. OBSERVATION: I believe this is far more common in ministry now than it was in the past. One finds it a lot in politics. In Matthew 18, there is the passage which essentially says: don't triangulate (verses 15-17). It's a sign of love if one does not.
