I lost my cool this morning at Clicks pharmacy. I had just dealt with Liberty. Could they find my policy number please. They said, just give us your policy number and we'll check. I said, that's precisely the problem. Then the line went dead. I'd just submitted some forms through Vodacom. But Vodacom, in the process, disconnected me dozens of times. Then, Clicks had given me some medication (quote): "Take one capsule three times a day." This I did, then went for a repeat. Ooh, no, they said, you can't have it now. It was one capsule once a day, and you've reached the end of the runway. I said, here is what you wrote; you even read it out to me to impress it upon me. You gave me a triple dose! They amended that. No, actually, one to three capsules a day. They were right, under all circumstances. Go tell your doctor, they said. Thankfully the doctor contacted them and fixed the problem. OBSERVATION: This is all a fairly standard carry-on for South Africa.
