Minister is common as a title (as in Minister Thomas)
Mfundisi is common among Xhosa speakers
Pastor is often used by those from a low Church background
Father or Vader is typically what the poorest of the poor say
Dominee may be used by Afrikaans speakers
Tom by people who knew me long ago
Tommy by a convert from Islam (he was unique in using Tommy)
Also Padré, Pater, Eerwaarde, Pasteur, Pfarrer, Baba, even Mufti ...

Addressing A Minister
What does one call a Congregational minister? In the past, it would simply have been Reverend. But in an urban, cosmopolitan situation today, it may be almost anything. These are real examples of how I have been addressed:
