For two years, I have sought the information on the basis of which the police twice charged me. Early on, one of the two dockets vanished. The investigator there was W/O Olivier. The release of the other docket was unlawfully stopped, and I received serious intimidation: lay off. However the police gave me the names of two accusers. I laid charges against archives officer W/O Pool for defeating the ends of justice, and I laid a complaint for intimidation against W/O Bartholomew. Capt Jefta asked to see me. The charges against W/O Pool were with the Senior Prosecutor, she said. But no they were not. W/O Van Zyl informed me that the charges had already been halted. Besides, the charges against me had never existed, said Capt Jefta. Apparently it was all in my head, the fingerprinting and the mugshot and so on. No it was not. W/O Mans and SPP Jacobs independently provided me with proof that the charges had existed. I lodged a complaint against Capt Jefta. It ended in confusion. I lodged the complaint again. Col Kemp signed it. The same month, W/O Pool left the force. But my complaint against Capt Jefta vanished, together with my complaints against everyone else. I went back to the beginning, and requested the original information afresh, now with a tighter case. The police defaulted. I asked again. This week, Col Lento contacted me. Could we start again? I replied thank you Colonel, yes. OBSERVATION: All of the above is on record, and the record is absolutely secure. The tangled web is in fact far larger than I indicate here.
