Inclusivity

Something that ministers need to decide, whether deliberately or not, is whether to be inclusive in ministry or exclusive, and to what extent. There are many points at which one could include others: home visitation, leadership meetings, office work, counselling, weekday groups, finances, conducting services, fund-raising, and so on. In all these areas, in one way or another, I have encouraged inclusivity. OBSERVATION: I wish I had been more inclusive, only there are time constraints. As an example, just to drop in on someone, or to arrange to include someone else in the visit, makes a big difference to the time required. The purpose incidentally, is to mature Christians. Also to heighten their interest in ministry of all kinds.
