Under one of my ministries, in 1986, we built St. David's Congregational Church, Port Elizabeth.
The Church's big debate was: should they first build a church, or first call a minister? They decided first to call a minister -- which was me. Two years later,
we built this church, to seat 250 -- which in turn led to rapid growth in Church attendance. The Church was paid off in three years. OBSERVATION: The chairman of the Building Committee was
