I see I have pole position on Silicon Chip magazine's front cover, with a particularly gaudy December edition -- an Unbelievably Sensitive Magnetometer (so they call it). It went on sale in Australia yesterday. OBSERVATION: Next, it may well be published worldwide, as Silicon Chip sells copyrights to Everyday Practical Electronics. I don't do electronics any more, but this was a big idea that I'd never realised -- and when I did, it turned out to work better than I thought. The trouble is, now I have another big idea ...
