Commercial In Confidence

I have had some experience this year with commercial in confidence ideas. I approached South African companies. They put me through to the wrong people, said that ideas were race restricted, poached my personal information for advertising, and so on and so forth. We didn't get as far as the ideas -- and they were good ones. This week I approached a US company with ideas. In two days flat, we had a commercial in confidence agreement, had assessed the ideas, and came to a conclusion. OBSERVATION: I could add to this previous experience. South African companies are appalling in their will to exploit ideas. They would seem to be geared up to repel them.
