Whistle Blowers

I recently had to do with a service provider called Whistle Blowers. A certain organisation -- call them Organisation X -- had sent me a false statement. In fact, it was the director of Organisation X. As I gazed at this in surprise, my eye fell on a note at the bottom of the page:
"Do you know any foul play in Organisation X? Whistle Blowers."
I contacted Whistle Blowers. But I had a question:
"Dear Whistle Blowers, Who do Whistle Blowers report to? Kind regards,"
This was their reply:
"Whistle Blowers is a service provider to Organisation X and has designated recipients within Organisation X who receive whistleblowing reports. We are not at liberty to disclose the names of the recipients receiving our reports."
I asked what happened if they held evidence of crimes such as they dealt with: asset misappropriation, procurement fraud, bribery and corruption, and so on. Having such information, did they report it to police? They replied:
"The matter is investigated by Organisation X, who in turn provide feedback to Whistle Blowers, in order to relay this to the whistleblower."
OBSERVATION: Now we know. I think, this assumes that an organisation -- say Organisation X -- is in sound health in the first place. It may also reduce victimisation. But if the Church dealt with things like this, it could be in trouble, and indeed it has been. Comments are welcome.
