Brother-Cousin

It's a photo of a cousin (or brother) of my wife. He is a gentle soul, who is "always around". He is disabled. As a boy, he was dropped off at a farm for the day. When he was fetched, he had greatly changed. He had suffered seizures. No one knows why, or what might have happened. OBSERVATION: As is common in Xhosa culture, the family cares for him. (I don't quite know what to do with kinship terms. In English terms, he would be my wife's cousin).
